 Teesta Bachao Nadi Bachao Sangram Parishad congratulated and thanked Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for announcing the implementation of the Teesta Master Plan. Along with this, a seven-day fun program has been announced by the Parishad.

On Thursday (August 3), Sangram Parishad President Principal Nazrul Islam Haqqani and General Secretary Shafiar Rahman said in a joint statement that the Prime Minister announced the implementation of the Teesta Master Plan in a clear manner in the grand gathering of lakhs of people at the Rangpur District School Grounds after overcoming hundreds of obstacles. He said confidently, 'We will implement our Teesta grand plan too.' Through his historic announcement, the official program to realize the dreams of crores of people of northern districts crushed by hundreds of deprivations was initiated.
